How much will it cost to clean my home?
Every house is different, and our different levels of services cost different amounts. Please visit our Request An Estimate page for the initial assessment of what our service will cost.
Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount?
Naturalcare Cleaning Service offers different levels of cleaning services, so the costs will vary.
Do I have to be home when you’re cleaning my house?
This is your choice. If you cannot be at your house on the day of your scheduled clean, then please either provide us a key to your home or let us know how we can get into your home.
Can you guarantee a day and time for my house cleaning appointment?
We can only guarantee a specific day but not a specific time. Since appointments before you may take more or less time than expected, it’s hard to estimate the exact time that we’ll arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What do I do if I need to reschedule a house cleaning?
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We generally appreciate 48 hours notice in order to adjust our schedule accordingly.
What should I do about my security system on cleaning day?
If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements for our employees on your cleaning day. Some people like to set a temporary or guest password for our employees.
What should I do with my pets on cleaning day?
If you have pets, please provide as much information as possible that would be helpful for our employees. If possible, please restrict your pets from the areas of your house that we will be cleaning.
Are my valuables safe?
If you have any special valuables, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them.
Do I need to provide house cleaning equipment or supplies?
We provide everything that our employees need to clean your house so you don’t have to worry about it!
